Spark Etail, a subsidiary of Spark Response, a call center and order fulfillment company, announced that it will acquire ethical fashion brands and online retailer Frank & Faith.
It is reported that after the acquisition is completed, Frank & Faith will be part of Spark Etail's team in Gateshead, and its business will not be interrupted by this transaction. Previously, Spark Etail has just completed the acquisition of Spirit of Nature. The company currently expects its turnover for the next year to be expected to exceed 15 million pounds.
