On July 26, the Niya Garment Factory coordinated and introduced by the Working Group of Residents of Xinjiang Quality Supervision Bureau started construction in the Industrial Park of Minfeng County. This is the largest livelihood project introduced by Minfeng County this year.

The project is invested by the majority of disability clothing companies in Kashi City, with a total investment of nearly 100 million yuan and an area of ​​318 acres. The garment factory mainly produces student uniforms and uniforms and tooling for various industries. The annual production scale is 1 million sets, which are mainly sold to southern Xinjiang.

Since the working group has lived in the village, it has taken the initiative to regard itself as a member of the Mingfeng people, and has wholeheartedly contributed to the benefit of the local people in accordance with the six major tasks of the autonomous party committee.

During the visit, the working group learned that there are more people in rural areas in Minfeng County, and there are more surplus laborers, especially more abundant young women. This year, the autonomous region has also vigorously advocated the development of short-term projects to promote employment such as textile and clothing in southern Xinjiang. After coordination between the autonomous region's Bureau of Quality Supervision and Administration, the village working team and the Hetian Prefectural Party Committee, Administrative Office, and Minfeng County Committee and Government, the establishment of the garment factory settled in Minfeng was implemented within two months.

It is learned that after the completion of Niya Garment Factory, the company will give priority to the employment of local villagers in Minfeng County to promote the villagers' income increase. At present, the Fengjuzhu Village Working Group of the Autonomous Region Bureau of Quality Supervision and Administration is coordinating the labor and employment departments and county vocational schools in Minfeng County. It has provided three batches of free assistance to more than 300 rural laborers who are ready to participate in the occupational skills training, and has shortened their time to work as soon as possible.
